My greatest love's in life.

Thought I'd blog and let everyone know what tickles my fancy/ I have a soft spot for/ what I genuinely live for in life...
After a few gin's...
Music. I can listen to music for hours on end. I don't have a particular genre I love, I can listen to madness, radiohead, drake, prince or Kate bush anytime of day. Music is my life, not sure how I'd survive without it.

Gin. Yes you guessed it, my favourite form of liquid in the world. Would die if the supply was to run out. My baby.

Cheese. Any form of cheese... toastie, sandwich, salad,, jacket potato.... I just admire cheese. Lush stuff.

Jersey/Geordie shore. Never fails to amuse me when I'm bored. I enjoy the banter, funny quotes, and just the show in general.

I'm a sucker for cute ornaments. I collect Disney wooden figures and over the years been given ornaments by family to keep. They just have such meaning, it's sad just makes my room feel more like me.

Dimples. I literally go weak at the knee's for dimples and its a bonus for big muscles too. Getting hot just thinking about it.

Lastly I love food so much more when I'm drunk. Whether its a big greasy big mac, an iceland pizza... anything processed, tastes the nuts after alcohol.

YEAH BUDDY.

SAFFFFFEND (southend)

Today was one of the few day's that I've had off work this summer, so I took the opportunity to visit my old favourite seaside town Southend. It's only about half hour from where I live and has shops, arcade's and a theme park perfect for my lil sis.
I was dragged on the mini 'ollercoaster', the dinosaur ride ( we had to be on the pink dino of course) and the Ferris wheel and I loved every minute of it. I love getting the opportunity to spend time with my family, especially my sister as I miss her so much when I'm in winch.
I have always had a love for iced coffee, but today was something else. I tried an 'arctic coffee' in Rossi's ice cream parlour. It included coffee, ice cream and whipped cream, SO LUSH. I'm definitely going to have to learn how to make it.
The stroll along the beach was lovely having conversations with my mum about a fashion crisis, what the hell we saw in ex boyfriends and guessing people's characters as they pass.
I've decided, in life, I want to die before my mum as I don't think I could handle loosing her. She's done so much for me and I can't thank her enough. Enough soppy talk...
Cannot wait for Friday to roll around and finally see my meatball. So much alcohol is going to be consumed this weekend, my livers gonna hate on me.

growing up.

Lately it's occured to me how independant I am these days... I pay for lunch with my parents, organise my own holidays, manage my own finances. Seems like the time passes so quickly and without even realising it your 19 renting a house and drinking your body weight in alcohol.
I wish I could re-live my childhood years and appreciate things more. In the future I'll be the mum stating "things aren't this easy when your older" to my kids.
Thing's are so much easier when your young. You don't care how you smell, if your bag matches your shoe's or if you boyfriend dumps you, the next day you find a new one.
I miss playing crash bandicoot with my penny pix a mix on a friday night after turkey twizzlers for dinner. Those were the good memories, the ones you'll never get back.
Cherryade will never be your favourite drink, nor will sherbet be the first on your shopping list at your local shops.
I would love to of seen my future life when I was younger, would of made me appreciate life a lot more...

My meatball.

So I'm feeling a bit like I'm a lone meatball atm...
I met Jaz a year ago almost and we instantly became friends. At uni we see each other everyday so its so strange not seeing her for weeks.
The post is basically to express my excitement for her visit next Friday.
Planning to go shopping to get lots of shots/booze/hangover junk and basically just get battered all weekend (its what we do best).
She get's to see what classy clubs Basildon has to offer of course.
CANNOT WAIT.

appearance.

It come to my attention these last few days that people worry about their appearance far too much. How much mascara is enough and when is the cut off point between being tanned or looking like a wotsit? I ventured into a shop the other day where every female member of staff was wearing fake eyelashes TO WORK! Come on, I hardly bother to wear them on a night out anymore.
I very rarely think to myself, in a non-lesbian way, wow that girl is actually really naturally beautiful as most hide it by their layers of fakeness.
The amount of people I also know who go to the gym when they're a size 8. Honey when your an 18 that's when you know you should hit the running machine. I'm currently a size 10 and don't have the perfect body, but quite frankly I don't care. If a guy's only attracted to your look's anyways he's clearly not going to be the gentleman you expect.
Be thankful for your weight.
Appreciate your face and skin, you'll regret it when your 40 and look 50.
Love yourself then others will love you.

Oh Hey Rih Rih

So I've been told many times before that I look like Rihanna. I'm sure you'll know who she is but if you don't...
She previously got beat up by her ex Chris brown
She's from Barbados so tends to say 'aye' alot in her songs
Her first and most famous (for me) hit was umbrella ella ella aye aye aye...
But anyways my friend photo shopped a picture of me to see our resemblance. I for one cannot see it, you can decide.
